The team is analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and safety standards, best integrating organized, responsible professionals with strong teamwork capabilities. **About the Opportunity** **What is essential to apply?** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields; Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial quality control or similar areas; Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, and ISO standards; Experience with quality tools, statistical analysis, and industry-specific software; Proven experience in reducing non-conformities and improving processes. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM\nWork Mode: On-site\nEmployment Type: CLT **What will be the challenges?** Perform product inspections, investigations, and sampling; Carry out analyses and tests for approval or rejection of raw materials and finished products; Receive and handle non-conforming products; Issue technical reports and analytical reports; Implement and monitor quality control programs; Investigate root causes of non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions; Manage quality management system documentation; Monitor equipment (maintenance, calibration, and validation); Support internal and external audits; Manage customer complaints; Ensure process traceability; Monitor factory environmental conditions; Manage PPEs; Audit production; Assume responsibilities of the Technical Responsible when required; Work under pressure and meet technical deadlines. **What do we expect from this professional?** Strong attention to detail; Analytical ability and logical/statistical reasoning; Technical judgment and sound decision-making; Investigative capability; Organization and responsibility; Effective communication across departments; Proactivity and teamwork; High concentration and agility in processing information. **What must not happen:** Violation of safety regulations; Negligence in recordkeeping and traceability; Lack of attention to technical procedures; Behavior incompatible with technical responsibility. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** Experience in the chemical industry; Experience conducting external audits; Experience substituting for the Technical Responsible. **What do we offer?** Competitive market salary; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Hazard pay; Life insurance; Pharmacy benefit.
