Job Description \-You will be responsible for serving as Anglo American’s technical reference and leader in fulfilling legal and technical requirements related to PAEBM (CCPAEs and ACO/DCO Cycle) for containment structures across Iron Ore Brazil operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support and execute activities related to compliance with guidelines and regulations concerning applicable standards and legislation. * Control and manage actions and documents generated during the process, ensuring a complete record of actions as well as effective compliance with legislation. * Support the review of PAEBM sections, especially Sections I and II. * Support planning and participation in emergency simulation exercises and community outreach activities (exhibitive drills, guidance seminars, educational initiatives in communities and schools). * Represent the company before regulatory bodies, particularly municipal and state civil defense agencies. * Support the proper implementation, maintenance, and operation of emergency infrastructure within the ZAS (including functionality testing at assembly points, evacuation routes, route signage, and emergency siren operation). * Support drafting official letters and performing documentation protocols and PAEBMs submissions to regulatory bodies. * Prepare technical reports and presentations for executive leadership and internal and external stakeholders. * Promote integration among technical disciplines (geotechnical engineering, environmental management, legal, communications) to ensure PAEBM effectiveness. * Collaborate with consulting firms in preparing the report required to obtain DCO for containment structures. **Qualifications \-The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * Active CREA registration * Postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, Emergency and Urgent Care, Dam Safety, Geotechnics, or related fields (Desirable) * Intermediate English proficiency (Desirable) **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to truly living our beliefs and values.
