




Job Summary: A professional responsible for implementing, disseminating, and developing occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and initiatives, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in the implementation and dissemination of OHS policies 2. Development of educational initiatives and OHS improvement programs 3. Participation in expert assessments, inspections, and risk analyses Implement and disseminate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies; develop educational initiatives in the OHS field; participate in expert assessments and inspections; compare current contract conditions against legislation; develop and implement improvement programs, projects, and procedures; promote joint actions with the health department; interpret efficiency and effectiveness indicators of implemented programs; conduct preliminary risk analysis; participate in the environmental management system; supervise and issue technical opinions; train multipliers for OHS policies; prepare expert reports and monitor judicial proceedings; select accident investigation methodologies, analyze causes, and identify losses resulting from accidents; perform task-based risk analyses; comply with programs (5S, training plan, suggestion program, safety). Ensure proper use of PPE and uniforms; Comply with FM2C's Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy.
