The professional we are seeking will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and chiller HVAC systems, ensuring efficient, safe operation within the technical parameters recommended by manufacturers and applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** ● Perform preventive and corrective inspections and maintenance on VRF and chiller systems (chilled water and direct expansion); ● Conduct technical diagnostics on equipment, analyzing mechanical, electrical, and automation failures; ● Carry out performance testing and measurements (pressure, temperature, electrical current, flow rate, etc.); ● Clean components (evaporators, condensers, heat exchangers, filters, etc.); ● Charge and recover refrigerant fluid in compliance with environmental regulations; ● Document all interventions technically and issue maintenance reports; ● Provide technical support to installation and commissioning teams; ● Comply with safety, environmental, and engineering best practice standards. **Requirements** ● Technical education in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or related fields is desirable; ● Solid knowledge of VRF and chiller systems operation (centrifugal, screw, scroll, or absorption); ● Experience maintaining compressors, pumps, expansion valves, frequency inverters, sensors, and automation systems (BMS); ● Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams and technical manuals; Knowledge of technical and safety standards (ABNT, NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-35, etc.); ● Willingness to travel; ● Preferred qualification: knowledge of building automation and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks). **Salary \+ Hazard Pay \= R$ 4\.303,60** **Benefits:** \- Medical Assistance \- Dental Assistance \- Pharmacy Partnership \- Gympass \- Profit Sharing \- Quarterly Bonus (based on team goal achievement) \- Life Insurance **Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM); Saturdays and Sundays on rotating schedule** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4\.303,60 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold any of the technical qualifications listed in this job posting?
