




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Specialization in Occupational Nursing; * Active registration with COREN; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards, especially NR-07 (PCMSO); * Experience in occupational health or corporate outpatient clinics. * Provide nursing care, prescribe interventions, and assess the company’s hygiene conditions; * Standardize nursing protocols and procedures and monitor the work process; * Plan nursing actions, identify needs and problems, diagnose situations, establish priorities, and evaluate outcomes; * Implement health promotion activities, establishing partnerships to facilitate achievement of proposed objectives; * Define health promotion strategies for specific situations and groups; * Participate in projects, courses, events, committees, agreements, and teaching, research, and extension programs; * Prepare technical reports and expert opinions within their area of specialization; * Act in accordance with technical standards for safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental preservation; * Carry out procurement and control of outpatient medical supplies and medications; * Conduct PCMSO assessments, PCA evaluations, ergonomic analyses, and monitoring of hypertensive and diabetic employees, jointly with the Occupational Physician; * Record and verify medical certificates, ensuring compliance with legal and internal company guidelines; * Monitor treatment and workplace reintegration of injured and reassigned employees, as directed by the Occupational Physician; * Conduct follow-up and updates with the Occupational Physician regarding the clinical occupational segment for employees with restrictions; * Call employees for examinations stipulated in the PCMSO, PCA, or special examinations, ensuring completion of occupational health medical examinations; * Conduct periodic visits to branch offices; * Monitor health plan utilization, guiding targeted actions according to identified needs. 2512220202491932521
