




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to strengthen our Procurement team, responsible for strategic negotiations, supplier management, and budgetary control within the department. We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to strengthen our Procurement team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers; * Analyze and approve quotations and commercial proposals in accordance with Procurement Management guidelines; * Negotiate and contract freight services for transportation of equipment and materials; * Coordinate logistics for transportation of heavy machinery and equipment; * Negotiate maintenance and refurbishment services for parts, vehicles, and equipment; * Negotiate and contract rental of machinery, vehicles, and equipment, monitoring and verifying contractual measurements; Control purchases related to subcontractors, supporting contractual settlements; * Conduct strategic quotations to define competitive benchmarks and update cost structures; * Prepare and monitor the department’s budget forecast, justifying variances; * Manage supplier registration and development; * Evaluate and monitor supply contracts aiming at cost reduction and quality improvement; * Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators for the department; Ensure compliance with internal procedures, information confidentiality, and best SSMA practices. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical knowledge of machinery, components, maintenance, as well as materials and services related to civil construction, hydraulic, and electrical fields; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields); * Solid experience in technical procurement and strategic negotiations; * Experience with contracts, measurements, and budgetary control; * Knowledge of freight contracting and logistics processes; * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Analytical and organized profile, with strong communication and negotiation skills. **Apply now and join our team!**
