Focus on Legal Capex, Environmental, and Maintenance projects **Position Summary:** A professional responsible for performing on-site technical supervision of construction works in the Sinter and Yards areas, focusing on Legal Capex, Environmental, and Maintenance projects. Will ensure work execution complies with project designs, technical standards, and legal requirements, emphasizing machine compliance with NR12, structural assembly, and adherence to occupational safety and environmental legislation. Will also provide technical support to engineering and assembly teams, contributing to delivery quality, safety, and compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct on-site technical supervision of construction works, ensuring execution in accordance with project designs, technical specifications, and applicable standards; Participate in structural assembly projects and machine/equipment compliance with NR12; Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during construction execution under their responsibility; Provide technical support to assembly contractors during field activities; Offer technical support to Sinter, Yards, and Maintenance areas, contributing to safe and efficient project execution; Support engineering coordinators in developing and reviewing technical specifications and engineering drawings; Perform technical evaluation of supplier proposals for Environmental and Energy-related projects; Monitor construction execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and established technical requirements; Identify technical deviations and propose solutions to ensure activity compliance; Ensure implementation of safety practices and procedures across all construction phases. **Requirements:** Technical education in Building Construction, Civil Construction, or related fields; Proven experience in industrial construction supervision; Experience in metallic and/or industrial structural assembly; Knowledge of NR12 – Machinery and Equipment Safety; Experience in legal and environmental compliance projects; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering projects; Desirable experience in industrial environments such as steelmaking, mining, or similar sectors; Knowledge of Environmental and Energy processes will be considered a plus; Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills and safety focus.
