Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Inspection: Monitor and oversee project and construction execution, ensuring all activities comply with applicable technical, regulatory, ethical, and environmental standards. * Monitor construction, assembly, renovation, and installation activities, ensuring adherence to designs, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Quality Control: Evaluate the quality of materials used and verify their compliance with performance, health, and safety requirements. * Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for potential deviations or obstacles arising during construction execution. * Conduct regular inspections to verify schedule adherence, service quality, and worker safety. * Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on construction progress, highlighting non\-conformities, risks, and corrective recommendations. * Integration and Communication: Participate in progress review meetings, contributing to the resolution of technical issues and alignment among teams, suppliers, and clients. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Solid knowledge of technical and regulatory standards applicable to engineering and construction. * Completed Technical Education; * Knowledge of MS Project, Power BI, and Primavera P6 (desirable); * Valid CFT certification; * Desirable knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS).
