Here, your purpose will be: * Providing customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, in-person meetings, and online meetings to resolve potential questions and align processes; problem resolution, research of tax information, and monitoring of tax legislation; * Filing all ancillary tax declarations for federal, municipal, and state jurisdictions, covering low-, medium-, and high-complexity regimes, using software provided by public agencies, in compliance with current legislation; * Performing tax closing and submitting payment slips for companies under the Simples Nacional regime—covering low-, medium-, and high-complexity cases or those with specific particularities and strategies—through the Domínio system and the RFB website, in compliance with municipal, state, and federal legislation; * Performing tax closing and submitting payment slips for companies under the Lucro Presumido regime—covering low-, medium-, and high-complexity cases or those with specific particularities and strategies—through the Domínio system and the RFB website, in compliance with municipal and federal legislation; * Performing tax closing and submitting payment slips for companies under the Lucro Real regime—covering low-, medium-, and high-complexity cases or those with specific particularities and strategies—through the Domínio system and the RFB website, in compliance with municipal and federal legislation; * Providing complex-level tax and fiscal advisory and consulting services using tools provided by Econet and official government agency websites, to meet clients’ needs and address tax audits; * Supporting new team members by guiding them on system usage, network access, and execution of departmental tax processes; providing general support to the team with standard tax routine tasks; * Conducting internal and external training sessions using materials developed by the Coordination, Senior/Lead Analysts, and Team Leader, to enhance team capabilities and improve client service; * Assisting the team leader and coordination in managing departmental demands, such as spreadsheets, controls, servicing other clients, and routine tax activities. 2512210202551630865
