Expert in incident resolution, problem analysis, advanced troubleshooting, and ticket management via ITSM, with hands-on experience supporting VIP users, including remote residential support. Project and automation involvement using Azure DevOps; management of print environments (NDD Print Server); maintenance and configuration of laptops, desktops, printers, and videoconferencing equipment. Profile oriented toward technical documentation, process standardization, continuous improvement, and excellence in user experience. **Behavioral Competencies** Analytical, proactive professional with strong communication skills and a problem-solving focus. Experience in corporate support and critical environments is considered a plus. **Technical Competencies** Technical support delivery at levels N1, N2, and N3. Administration of Windows and macOS environments. VIP user support, including residential support. Incident resolution and problem analysis. Ticket management via ITSM Atrium.
