Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and information security policies. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support (helpdesk), resolving incidents. Monitor system and network performance, availability, and security. Document processes, technical procedures, and network topologies. Interact with vendors and service providers as needed.
