Engage, establish, and strengthen relationships with diverse partner and/or donor audiences—including individuals and legal entities—ensuring continuous, high-quality relationships. Consistently work to enhance and reinforce the brand/institution’s reputation among the Network of Friends, partner institutions, and individual donors. Participate in events, meetings, and resource-raising and partnership-fostering initiatives, particularly within the Third Sector. Develop, update, and manage databases of partner institutions, organizations, and individuals, ensuring information organization, reliability, and timeliness. Monitor, track, and analyze outcomes and impacts of resource-raising activities, proposing ongoing adjustments and improvements. Develop strategic planning for resource-raising initiatives—including goal setting, timelines, strategies, and performance indicators. Accompany partners and donors during institutional visits, promoting transparency, engagement, and strengthening of institutional ties. Prepare periodic reports on resource-raising department indicators, results, and activities, supporting institutional management and decision-making. Conduct visits to parliamentary offices for the purpose of securing parliamentary amendments, as well as monitoring related procurement processes. Comply with—and ensure compliance within one’s area—with applicable legislation, regulations, standards, values, and institutional projects. Prepare vacation/leave schedules and time-banking systems, managing absenteeism and turnover indicators as well as occupational risks for one’s team. Manage area-specific processes in coordination with other departments and leadership to achieve institutional goals. Evaluate and monitor staff performance under the “Competency-Based Management” model, tracking action plans without missing deadlines and consistently recording feedback per the institution’s adopted standard; Perform other duties inherent to the position or as requested by the immediate supervisor, according to institutional needs. Previous experience as a Resource Development Consultant, Project Analyst, Financing Specialist, or Partnerships Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
