In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, secure, and continuous operation of the data network by configuring, monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues with network equipment. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation; * Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, minimizing impact on services; * Document and report incidents, identifying root causes and proposing action plans for improvements; * Ensure full functionality of Blink’s data network by performing logical configuration changes to maintain its availability and integrity; * Plan and execute projects for network infrastructure expansion, modifications, and enhancements; * Train CGR team members, promoting technical development within the team; * Perform specific network configurations to support differentiated services from other departments and customized corporate contracts; * Monitor and analyze network component performance, proactively preventing issues such as slowdowns and crashes; * Manage all network technical documentation, keeping it updated based on implemented changes; * Plan and implement improvement maneuvers and preventive and corrective maintenance activities that directly impact services; * Ensure rapid and efficient restoration of network-related services; * Generate technical reports on incidents, network performance, root causes, and corrective measures. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking; dynamic configuration and protocols; FTTH access networks; * Familiarity with MPLS, OSPF, VLANs, and QoS; solutions for attack identification and mitigation; VoIP; Wi-Fi; RADIUS; and DNS. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work location:** Rua Guajajaras, 931, 7th floor – Centro, Belo Horizonte/MG Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree * Educational partnership; * Partnership with SESI; * Gympass; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Complimentary internet plans; * Day Off; * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance; * Meal allowance; * Food voucher;
