




Description: * Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge: ATS systems; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in Recruitment and Selection; * Retail and/or consulting experience preferred (a plus); * Must have easy access to the Itaim Bibi region. Responsibilities and Duties: * Collaborate with managers from various departments to understand hiring needs and requirements for each position. * Develop detailed job descriptions, highlighting responsibilities, technical requirements, and behavioral competencies. * Use multiple channels to advertise job openings, such as specialized job boards, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions. * Review received resumes and select candidates who meet the established criteria. * Conduct video or in-person interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the position. * Provide candidates with feedback regarding the selection process, maintaining transparent communication. * Coordinate all stages of the selection process, ensuring that all phases are completed within established deadlines. * Work closely with departmental managers and the Human Resources team to ensure alignment in hiring decisions. * Maintain accurate records of all stages of the selection process and ensure required documentation is properly completed. * Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and dynamism. 2512210202551888968
