**RESPONSIBILITIES** Monitor system operations and resolve irregularities occurring during operation; provide user support (hardware and software); install and configure software and hardware. Support the execution of maintenance plans for equipment, applications, computer networks, and operating systems. Perform maintenance and upkeep of IT equipment. Ensure IT resource availability by providing support, logging incidents (tickets), resolving requests, and administering operational technology platforms. Stay updated on technological advancements and familiarize oneself with existing technologies within the company. Certify, install, and test equipment acquired by the company, tracking warranty terms and related documentation. Maintain up-to-date inventories of equipment and software (licenses). Keep service contracts and warranty agreements properly organized. Participate in the evaluation process for new software and equipment. Contact vendors to resolve issues related to applications and equipment; track incident tickets. Knowledge of printer installation and configuration. Assist in managing all company telephone lines and mobile devices. Ensure that all monthly payments (invoices) related to IT department resources are accurate per contractual terms, and deliver fiscal documents to the responsible department following internal company procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Knowledge of printer installation and configuration. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Advanced database knowledge. Experience creating dashboards in Power BI. Experience implementing, improving, and supporting TOTVS Protheus. Intermediate English (technical proficiency required to perform the role). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
