




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst specializing in Recruitment and Selection to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, aligning candidates with the company’s culture and business needs. Supporting employer branding initiatives We are looking for an **HR Analyst focused on Recruitment and Selection** to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, acting strategically and operationally in attracting, assessing, and selecting talents aligned with the company’s culture and business needs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (job profile alignment, job posting, resume screening, interviews, and evaluation reports). * Handle operational, administrative, and strategic positions. * Conduct competency-based interviews and apply behavioral assessment tools. * Support managers in defining job profiles, selection criteria, and decision-making. * Post job openings on recruitment platforms, social media, and partner channels. * Contact and follow up with candidates throughout all stages of the process. * Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, recruitment sources, quality of hire). * Support employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in Recruitment and Selection. * Familiarity with recruitment and selection platforms. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of priority. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-volume recruitment or technical/specialized roles. * Knowledge of behavioral profiling tools (e.g., DISC or similar). * Experience with HR metrics. * Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
