Brasil** Location: West Zone Client \- Medium-Sized Food and Beverage Chain **Position: HR Generalist Analyst** **Description** * Responsible for Recruitment and Selection routines and HR functions in general; * Conduct recruitment processes across Brazil at scale; * Supervise employment contracts, employee onboarding, and terminations; * Responsible for introducing new HR trends and solutions aligned with market best practices; * Responsible for HR performance indicators; * Support communication processes for R\&S and HR; * Serve as the liaison between the company and third-party service providers, as well as internal clients; * Maintain the Competency Matrix and Job Descriptions up to date; * Update the Organizational Chart; * Report to the Human Resources Directorate. **Profile:** * Education: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or Pedagogy; * Must have generalist HR experience, specifically in high-volume Recruitment and Selection; * Strategic HR knowledge to support company growth; * Strong communication skills and ability to act as a people partner to senior management; * Proactive profile with a strong sense of ownership; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Compensation: BRL 3,500.00 CLT \+ benefits Immediate Start www.rsgbrasil.com.br
