If you are analytical, organized, performance-focused, and enjoy leading initiatives autonomously, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the focal point between Management and the Marketing/Communications team * Plan and coordinate marketing strategic timelines and actions * Lead designers/editors and social media specialists, organizing priorities and deliverables * Develop Growth strategies for generating qualified leads * Structure funnels, campaigns, and performance metrics across social media platforms * Create strategies for new revenue streams (products and services) **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Completed undergraduate degree * 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation * Experience in project management * Experience in Growth strategies * Analytical ability to monitor metrics and performance **Preferred** * Solid experience in Digital Marketing * Prior experience under PJ (individual entrepreneur) contracting model * Experience in agency environments or companies focused on content creation **Additional Information** * Work model: On-site – Belo Horizonte/MG * Contract type: PJ (individual entrepreneur) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexibility, focused on delivery and performance) * Performance-based bonus (new revenue streams, engagement, demand generation, and results) * Career path and position framework under development We connect companies with the right professionals through agile, human-centered processes focused on delivering value to all stakeholders.
