YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create automations for lead collection within the CRM platform; * Create automations for lead distribution to the sales force; * Manage leads across different sales teams and measure conversion results; * Conduct in-depth analysis of our customer base and products to design and manage omnichannel communication workflows at various stages of the user journey; * Interface with various stakeholders to develop strategies—primarily upsell and cross\-sell—to optimize outcomes; * Operationalize omnichannel communication workflows (e\-mail, in\-app, push, SMS, WhatsApp). REQUIREMENTS: * Completed undergraduate degree in Design, Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related fields; * Strong negotiation skills for relationship management with partners and internal clients. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Postgraduate specialization in related fields; * Experience with HubSpot and Blip; * Knowledge of HTML and SQL; * Advanced Excel proficiency.
