




The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of tasks related to the administration and management of benefit insurance products offered by the insurer to its clients. This includes everything from the initial insurance implementation process to ongoing client support throughout the entire contract lifecycle. * Register the client in the insurer’s system (insurance implementation); * Deliver the insurance card to the client; * Send email with payment slips to renewal clients; * Send welcome email along with payment slips to new clients; * Client support; * Allocate monthly premiums and co-payments among beneficiaries; * Manage corporate account changes (additions, deletions, modifications, duplicate insurance cards); * Send billing statements to clients; * Process reimbursement requests; * Provide client support for contract management, including assistance with appointments, authorizations, and provider network access; * Monitor and follow up on outstanding installment payments; * Prepare insurance quotations for both renewal and new clients; * Conduct market research to obtain optimal quotations; * Prepare formal proposals;
