We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. \#VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for executing service orders related to installation and repair of telephone lines, ADSL services, maintenance of TUPs, and TV (metallic network and fiber optic), applying technical procedures and those defined by the operator in the region of operation. Operate aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing cables; * Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers via installation and repair of ADSL internet access, repair of subscriber lines and trunks, configuration of modems/routers, and restoration of basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Perform TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; * Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, replacement of parts and equipment, and execution of tests and configurations; * Perform FTTH installations and repairs; * Conduct Micro Repairs in IT, diagnosing issues and correcting them or performing preventive maintenance; * Provide user support when necessary; * Carry out other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role. Knowledge of installer and repair technician tasks; valid Category B driver's license.
