Come \#BeGreenBlood with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare mass/feasibility studies to support prospecting of new land parcels; * Understand municipal regulations applicable to operational cities and target land parcels, including accessibility standards, fire safety codes, performance requirements, and financing agency guidelines; * Develop materials for presentations; * Ensure adherence to deadlines and goals; * Provide technical documentation and activity reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; * Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and reading technical drawings; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Proactivity and commitment; * Problem-solving skills; * Clear communication; * Attention to detail; * Resilience.
