




Responsible for carrying out activities that promote the safety and physical integrity of employees, aiming to raise awareness of safe practices in the workplace and to identify potential risks in operational processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect areas to verify compliance with safety regulations, identify hazards, and issue reports containing improvement actions. * Conduct safety training and monitor its effectiveness. * Support the procurement, specification, inventory control, and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE), recording all related data in systems and spreadsheets. * Prepare individual occupational profiles (PPP) for employees. * Advise the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and the Emergency Brigade. * Assist in the preparation/review of the Risk Assessment Program (PPRA)/General Risk Assessment (PGR), the Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT), and the monitoring of expert evaluations. * Assist in the development and dissemination of the Emergency Action Plan (PAE). * Collaborate in organizing and conducting the Annual Internal Safety Week (SIPAT). * Participate in accident prevention campaigns. * Monitor workplace accidents and register the Work Accident Communication (CAT) in eSocial. * Investigate accidents, propose corrective measures, and monitor their implementation. * Compile workplace accident statistics. * Inspect fire protection systems (fire extinguishers, signage, emergency lighting). * Engage with employees to develop workplace safety solutions. * Manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS/FISPQ) for chemical products. * Accompany inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Sanitary Surveillance. * Organize and train the IMP Fire Brigade. * Attend meetings representing the SESMT Coordinator. * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements**: Completed high school education; Technical course in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor. **Desirable Requirements**: Certification as a Professional Fire Brigade Member issued by the Fire Department; Familiarity with the RM LABORE payroll system. **Additional Information** **Transportation:** Commuter Pass (Vale-Transporte); **Well-being:** Unimed medical and dental plan; Sesc partnership (clubs, lodges, discounts); Droga Clara pharmacy network; **Financial Solutions:** Payroll-deductible loan from Sicoob; **Education:** Exclusive discounts and scholarships at Anhanguera University; **Recognition:** Vacation Return Bonus; **Meals:** Meal Allowance/Voucher (Vale-Refeição/Vale-Alimentação) valued at BRL 28.60 per workday; Are you looking for more than just a job?
