Job Summary: The professional will perform various hydraulic repairs and installations, maintenance of sanitary equipment, and supervision of conservation services. Key Highlights: 1. Performs maintenance and repairs of hydraulic siphons, toilets, and faucets. 2. Checks functionality of sanitary fixtures and performs various cleaning tasks. 3. Supervises pest control and cleaning of water reservoirs. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Replace siphons, toilets, faucets, valves, toilet seats, etc.; inspect river water conduits; * Perform repairs to restore water supply; * Verify functionality of sanitary fixtures and manual activation of motor-pump sets; * Clean and check the overflow pipe and float valve for watertightness; * Clean storm drains, sewer outlets, roofs, and gutters every two days; * Unclog siphoned boxes, toilets, sewage pipes, sinks, tanks, and channels; * Remove and install water and sewage connection points; * Replace parts and filters in drinking fountains and water purifiers; * Clean and disinfect tools and equipment daily; * Repair and install toilets, washbasins, and urinals; * Supervise bi-monthly grease trap pest control and cleaning; * Conduct hydraulic inspections, record findings on a checklist, and subsequently resolve them; * Operate valves and supervise semi-annual cleaning of water reservoirs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; * Hospital experience preferred. **WORK SCHEDULE** 40 hours per month; Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
