Responsibilities and Duties * Assemble and install hydraulic and sanitary systems according to technical project specifications. * Conduct tests and adjustments on systems to ensure full functionality and compliance with technical and safety standards. * Install piping for cold water, hot water, sewage, and rainwater. * Position, cut, and join pipes using techniques such as welding, threading, or fitting. * Install and secure reservoirs, water tanks, valves, and taps. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic and sanitary systems. * Detect and repair leaks, replacing damaged components. * Clean and unblock pipes and inspection chambers. * Install and test sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, and other firefighting equipment in accordance with safety standards (NBR 13714 and related standards). * Read and interpret hydraulic drawings and technical schematics for installation or repair. * Ensure installations comply with technical standards, such as NBR 5626 (Cold Water Building Installations). * Conduct pressure tests on pipes and equipment. * Guarantee full functionality of all hydraulic systems prior to project handover. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
