Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the hydraulic area according to the description in the service order (SO), contributing to maintaining the proper functioning of infrastructure at the Mario Penna Institute. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform sanitary, hydro-sanitary and stormwater installations whenever there is a need for new demand; * Provide preventive maintenance services: booster pumps, fire prevention, sanitary and stormwater sewage tanks, according to the annual schedule; * Monitor outsourced services and construction projects to ensure correct execution of activities; * Accompany technical visits from suppliers to guide and ensure proper execution of activities; * Read project plans, specifying materials for installations, for subsequent request to the warehouse and/or purchasing department; * Specify installation materials for subsequent request to the warehouse and/or purchasing department; * Conduct weekly preventive inspections of machines, equipment and facilities to maintain their proper operation and meet certification requirements; * Perform maintenance on hot water piping; * Perform welding on copper pipes; * Execute daily building service orders as required; * Use, under supervision, appropriate tools and equipment for each type of activity, including work at heights and in confined spaces, using required safety accessories according to current legislation; * Clean and organize locations where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, eliminating waste and stains; * Ensure the preservation of materials, tools and equipment used in maintenance services, requesting replacements when necessary; * Perform maintenance on medical gas pipelines; * Distribute medical gas cylinders. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed High School; * Technical degree in Hydraulics or related fields; * Proven experience in the field. **Desirable Requirements** * Skill in reading and interpreting hydraulic blueprints; * Desirable knowledge in reading engineering projects, civil construction and construction materials; * Knowledge of occupational safety standards. **Additional information** **Transportation:** Transportation allowance; **Wellness:** Unimed medical and dental plan, Sesc partnership (clubs, lodges and discounts), Droga Clara pharmacy network; **Financial Solutions:** Payroll-deductible loan from Sicoob; Performance-based commission **Education:** Exclusive discounts and scholarships at Anhanguera Faculty; **Recognition:** Vacation return bonus; **Meals:** Meal allowance/food allowance valued at R$28.60 per working day; Are you looking for more than just a job?
