Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing hydraulic and sanitary installations and rainwater systems, preventive maintenance, and supervising outsourced services, ensuring correct execution of tasks and equipment preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Perform hydraulic and sanitary installations and rainwater systems. 2. Provide preventive maintenance services for pumping and sewage systems. 3. Supervise outsourced services and construction works to ensure proper execution. Description: Mandatory Requirements * Completed High School; * Technical course in Hydraulics or related fields; * Proven experience in the field. Desirable Requirements * Ability to read and interpret hydraulic drawings; * Familiarity with reading engineering projects, civil construction, and construction materials is desirable; * Knowledge of occupational safety standards. * Perform hydraulic and sanitary installations and rainwater systems whenever new demand arises; * Perform preventive maintenance: booster pumps, fire prevention systems, sanitary and stormwater sewer tanks, according to the annual schedule; * Supervise outsourced services and construction works to ensure proper execution of activities; * Accompany technical visits by suppliers to provide guidance and ensure proper execution of activities; * Read project specifications, including installation material specifications, for subsequent requisition to the warehouse and/or procurement department; * Specify installation materials for subsequent requisition to the warehouse and/or procurement department; * Conduct weekly preventive inspections of machinery, equipment, and installations to maintain proper operation of the aforementioned items and meet certification requirements; * Perform maintenance on hot water piping; * Perform copper pipe welding; * Execute daily building service orders according to demand; * Use appropriate tools and equipment for each activity type under supervision, including work at heights and in confined spaces, using required safety accessories as per current legislation; * Clean and organize areas where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, eliminating waste and stains; * Ensure proper care of materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance services, requesting replacement when necessary; * Perform maintenance on medical gas piping; * Distribute medical gas cylinders. 2511010202241844333
