Job Summary:
Prevent and combat fires by inspecting areas, ensuring safety, and guiding employees on emergency procedures.

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Prevent and combat fires in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and the unit's fire suppression project;
* Conduct periodic inspections of areas to identify risks and propose corrective measures;
* Ensure evacuation routes, emergency exits, and signage are unobstructed and appropriate;
* Inspect and verify the functionality of firefighting equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, emergency lighting, etc.);
* Monitor and control high-risk activities (hot work, operations with potential for fire or explosion);
* Respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and contact the Fire Department when necessary;
* Participate in and lead emergency drills and fire brigade training;
* Guide employees on fire prevention and safety procedures;
* Provide first aid, as required and within the scope of one's qualification;
* Document inspections, incidents, and non-conformities, reporting them to supervision.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed High School education
* Completed Civil Firefighter course
* Minimum 1 year of documented work experience as a **Civil Firefighter**
**Desirable:**
* Experience in the Hospital sector.
**Working Hours:**
* 12x36 shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
