Job Summary: A professional to manage projects from inception to completion, lead technical teams, and engage in client relationship management. Key Highlights: 1. Engage in relationship management and negotiation with internal and external clients **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring **schedule, quality, and productivity**. * Plan and control **scope, schedule, resources, and costs**, using KPIs and the PDCA methodology. * Organize the **project backlog**, assign tasks to teams, and define execution pace. * Lead and develop technical teams, ensuring alignment, engagement, and performance. * Engage in **relationship management with internal and external clients**, aligning expectations and ensuring integrated project delivery. * Coordinate process logistics and cross-disciplinary integration. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or Architecture, or equivalent experience. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in project management and planning**, preferably in building installations. * Experience in project-based companies, civil construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mining sectors. * Proven experience in **leading technical teams** and resource management. * Consistent involvement in project pipeline control and resource allocation. * Availability for **on-site work (Belo Horizonte).** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in **CAD and Revit** (managerial rather than technical profile). **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and assertive communication * Project and process management * Strategic vision and organizational skills * Client relationship management and negotiation
