Job Summary: Assist in basic finishing activities for metal parts, removing burrs and imperfections to prepare them for subsequent processes. Key Highlights: 1. Perform grinding and finishing on metal parts according to instructions. 2. Operate manual and electric finishing tools. 3. Inspect and correct visual imperfections on parts. Assist in basic finishing activities for metal parts, polishing to remove burrs and imperfections from metal parts, preparing\-them for subsequent processes or for final finishing. · Perform grinding and finishing on metal parts according to work instructions; · Operate manual and electric finishing tools (grinder, sander, polisher); · Visually inspect parts to identify defects and correct imperfections; · Report any abnormalities or need for process correction to the immediate supervisor; · Maintain a clean and organized workplace (5S). · Perform cleaning and preparation of parts before and after the finishing process.
