Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and ensuring service quality, coordinating operational teams and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Manages service execution and quality 2. Coordinates and guides operational teams 3. Ensures compliance with work instructions Verify whether the service order or service sheet (sketch, calculation record, risk analysis, etc.) is complete; \- Ensure service execution in accordance with the service sheet and schedule; \- Perform measurement of completed services; \- Guide and instruct staff in performing tasks and ensure service quality; \- Request materials required for service execution; \- Arrange for removal of discarded materials and scrap generated by the service; \- Instruct assistants on isolation signage, as well as cleaning and removal of material residues from the area; \- Daily communicate, train, and certify full adherence to the Operational Work Instruction (OWI); \- Drive a motor vehicle, if necessary; \- Monitor the flow of full and empty pots across metallurgy areas; \- Ensure pot relining, lining, and supply of clean, lined pots to the customer within established deadlines; \- Record daily activities in the designated report; \- Be accountable for delays in pot availability; \- Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization; \- Assign, supervise, and monitor the operational team daily on tasks related to torpedo car handling.
