Job Summary: Performs complex electrical maintenance activities and improvements on equipment and installations, ensuring integrity and proper operation according to standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to share knowledge and train other colleagues 2. Reading and interpretation of electrical drawings and panel assembly 3. Execution of mechanical completion and pre-commissioning protocols Perform high-complexity electrical maintenance activities and improvements on machines, equipment, and electrical installations in accordance with project specifications, ensuring integrity and proper operation of electrical installations as well as industrial equipment, meeting quality, schedule, safety, and cost standards. Ability to share knowledge and train other colleagues; Perform assigned responsibilities; Reading and interpretation of electrical drawings; Electrical panel assembly; Sketch drafting; Knowledge of electrical control systems; Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments; General knowledge of lighting engineering; Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with the scheduled plan; Verify equipment operating conditions using measuring instruments; Complete technical maintenance records; Execute mechanical completion protocols, assessing correct assembly per design and accurately identifying outstanding items; Execute pre-commissioning protocols — phase involving verification, testing, calibration, trials, approvals, auto-tuning, rotation direction check, control circuit energization, 4-wire instrument power supply, calibration of instruments and control valves, impedance testing, and certifications.
