Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Construction Technician to join our team, responsible for monitoring, executing, and controlling construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Collaboration within the engineering team **Location:** Belo Horizonte (BH) **Employment Type:** [CLT / PJ] **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **About the Position** We are looking for a **Building Construction Technician** to join our team and participate in monitoring, executing, and controlling construction projects. The professional will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in processes, contributing to the successful progress of projects. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and inspect construction works and services; * Interpret architectural, structural, and complementary project drawings; * Prepare technical reports, daily site logs, and quantity surveys; * Control materials, equipment, and team productivity; * Assist in budgeting and scheduling; * Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in **Building Construction**; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BIM tools (preferred); * Prior experience in construction or inspection; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety; * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in medium- and large-scale construction projects; * Advanced Excel skills; * Ability to perform detailed reading of project drawings.
