Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing materials; managing inventories; supporting stocktaking activities; and organizing the warehouse to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management of material receipt, inspection, and storage
2. Physical and systemic inventory control with a focus on accuracy
3. Warehouse organization and inventory level monitoring
· Receive, inspect, and store materials, verifying conformity among invoices, purchase orders, and item specifications.
· Record material entries, movements, and write-offs in the management system (ERP), ensuring traceability and reliability of inventory data.
· Support physical and systemic inventory control, contributing to inventory balance accuracy through cycle counts and periodic full inventories.
· Pick, identify, and make materials available to fulfill internal departmental requests, ensuring promptness and precision in service delivery.
· Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels, reporting replenishment needs to the responsible department.
· Maintain warehouse organization, ensuring correct identification, location assignment, and standardization of materials to facilitate retrieval and prevent losses.
· Assist in controlling expiration dates, preservation conditions, and integrity of stored materials.
· Generate and support preparation of reports on material movements, inventory positions, and basic departmental performance indicators.

Salary: R$1.770,00 - R$1.944,00 per month
