**Job Description – Electrical Technical Assistant** We are seeking an **Electrical Technical Assistant** to support maintenance activities, electrical testing, and operation of equipment and instruments used in the factory. The professional must perform duties in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures, contributing to operational reliability and departmental organization. **Responsibilities** * Strictly adhere to the guidelines of **Quality Management** and the company’s **Code of Conduct**. * Properly use **PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE)**, following applicable safety regulations and procedures for the position. * Maintain the department and equipment organized according to the **5S Program**, preserving company assets. * Ensure proper care of work instruments, requesting maintenance and calibration when necessary. * Perform tasks in accordance with company-provided training, instructions, and established procedures. * Fulfill production planning, following cell reports and supervisors’ instructions. * Immediately report any failures identified during task execution to the supervisor for analysis. * Record maintenance information in the **FAS system** and request **NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)** whenever applicable. * Undertake business travel when required. **Technical Activities** **Maintenance and Operations** * Assist in performing **preventive and corrective maintenance** on factory equipment. * Assist in the operation, use, and preventive/corrective maintenance of the **test bench**. **Measuring Instruments** Support handling of various instruments, such as: * Clamp-on wattmeter, dielectric strength analyzer, clamp-on ammeter, hipot tester, saturation curve indicator, power factor meter, megohmmeter, micro-ohmmeter, triple-time meter, caliper, thermo-hygrometer clock, phase sequence meter, oscilloscope, surge tester, tachometer, earth resistance tester, infrared thermometer, turns ratio meter, vibration meter (measurements and software). **Electrical Tests** On Motors: * Insulation resistance, ohmic resistance, surge test, hipot test, loaded test, no-load test, loop test, voltage drop, overspeed, overshoot, corona effect, impedance, rotor cage armature induction test, rotating magnetic field, transformation reaction, polarity test, commutator eccentricity, and neutral line test. On Transformers: * Insulation resistance, ohmic resistance, short-circuit test, insulation power factor, turns ratio, load losses, impedance, leak-tightness, and accessory testing. On Circuit Breakers: * Insulation resistance, ohmic resistance, and oscillography. **Measurement Finishing** * Perform final finishing of the measurement stage, including sensors and cables. **Requirements** **Education** * **Preferred:** Technical course in Electrotechnology / Electronics / Mechatronics. * **Minimum:** Currently enrolled in a Technical course in Electrotechnology / Electronics / Mechatronics. **Experience** * **Preferred:** 6 months of experience. **Skills** * **Preferred:** Attention to detail, responsibility, and cooperation.
