Preventive and corrective maintenance operations planning We seek a candidate with strong field presence, capable of engaging technical teams and building customer relationships, acting as a bridge between operations and administrative departments. * Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering (completed or currently pursuing); * Prior experience as an Electrical Technician; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (basic/intermediate Excel); * Strong customer relationship skills and ability to lead field teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordination of a technical team (8 to 10 technicians); * Monitoring of fixed and ad-hoc contracts in the region; * Interface with finance, maintenance, and customers; * Preventive and corrective maintenance operations planning; * Responsible for ensuring execution and control of technical routines at customer sites.
