Requirements: * Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of transformer assembly equipment (e.g., drying ovens, vacuum oil-filling systems, test benches). * Develop preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. * Manage spare parts inventory and propose acquisition plans or equipment improvement initiatives. * Guide technicians on equipment maintenance and document maintenance procedures. Requirements: * National higher education diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines. * Experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance, with familiarity in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems. * Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, along with problem-solving and practical troubleshooting skills. * Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and preventive maintenance principles; candidates with experience in transformer or heavy equipment maintenance are preferred.
