Analysis and Resolution of Technical Issues in the Field of Electrical Power **Job Objective:** To deliver exceptional service to customers with active contracts, acquire new customers, and guide the team to deliver the best service in the market—always oriented toward quality and safety in service execution. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Project and Contract Management; * Preparation of technical documentation for electrical projects, systems, and equipment; * Electrical material homologation; * Conducting weekly meetings; * Developing, reviewing, and enforcing construction schedules; * Developing and monitoring Action Plans; * Monitoring and controlling project costs; * Fleet management in coordination with the responsible department; * Guiding, training, and evaluating subordinates; * Supervision and monitoring of construction projects in the electrical power sector; * Analysis and resolution of technical issues related to the field of electrical power; * Estimating labor, material, and other related costs for projects and bidding processes. * Compliance with safety standards and regulations applicable to the electrical power field; and other related activities as required by the CONTRACTOR.
