Active participation in organizing and tracking quotations Loja Elétrica is a Minas Gerais-based company and a leader in the electrical materials distribution segment. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities: * Provide support to sales teams and designers. * Organize received quotations, ensuring accurate registration in control spreadsheets and continuous updating of information. * Update the system with quotation information defined by the sales responsible person, check product stock levels, and respond to price quotations. * Monitor ongoing quotations together with the sales department and customers, and send guidance via e\-mail to the sales team. * Analyze market sales opportunities, identify new prospects, and direct the sales team accordingly. * Clarify customer inquiries at the store and follow up on post\-sales activities. * Handle requests registered in the Customer Service Center (SAC). * Monitor and determine the disposition of returned display items, when necessary. * Provide telephone support to customers regarding ongoing orders, addressing various inquiries. * Occasionally support showroom-related tasks, such as label verification, lamp replacements, and luminaire updates, as needed. * Support training sessions for suppliers and other departments, as directed by management. * Occasionally accompany designers or sales representatives to construction sites for material verification or room-by-room material separation.
