




**WOMAN** Plan, create, execute, and analyze strategic social media content to increase engagement, visibility, and brand conversion. Responsibilities * Plan the monthly editorial calendar. * Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms. * Write persuasive captions using language appropriate for the target audience. * Oversee the creation of graphics, videos, reels, and stories (or produce them directly, depending on seniority level). * Manage community interactions (replies, DMs, comments). * Monitor trends and implement up-to-date content formats. * Analyze metrics (engagement, reach, growth). * Produce monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations. * Track influencers and collaboration opportunities. Technical Requirements * Proven experience in social media management. * Proficiency in tools such as: * Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator (depending on seniority level) * CapCut / Premiere / editing apps * Post schedulers (mLabs, Etus, Hootsuite, etc.) * Knowledge of digital strategy and content funnel. * Creative writing and copywriting expertise. * Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
