Work on building and strengthening the brand, ensuring aesthetic consistency, institutional sensitivity, and emotional connection with the audience. **Main responsibilities:** * Create and develop graphic materials for advertising campaigns, social media, presentations, email marketing, institutional and promotional materials; * Participate in the creative development of campaigns, proposing innovative visual ideas and graphic solutions; * Ensure the correct application of the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints, including monitoring its evolution; * Actively collaborate with marketing, communications, branding, product, and sales teams; * Create visual identities for new internal and external projects; * Perform image editing, simple video editing, animations, and layout design for materials; * Follow design, branding, and consumer behavior trends to suggest improvements and innovations; * Manage, organize, and keep updated the company's image library, files, and graphic materials; * Support promotional activities, events, and campaigns, ensuring visual consistency. * **Education:** Completed technical or higher education in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar). Knowledge in digital design, UX/UI, and motion design is a plus. Portfolio showcasing developed projects.
