We seek a creative, organized individual with strong writing skills who keeps up with trends, understands brand positioning, and creates content aligned with the company’s strategy to help generate leads. Responsibilities: \- Create Instagram content (feed, stories, and reels); \- Write basic copy for posts and ads; \- Understand the company’s business to create brand-aligned content; \- Support the creation and monitoring of Instagram ads (Meta Ads); \- Assist in planning the content calendar; \- Monitor trends and suggest new content formats; \- Support scriptwriting for videos and reels; \- Monitor basic metrics (engagement, reach, and leads); \- Track and manage tasks in systems (e.g., Notion); \- Support marketing initiatives focused on lead generation. Requirements: Experience creating Instagram content (feed, stories, and reels); Proficiency with creation and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar); Basic copywriting knowledge; Strong writing and communication skills; Familiarity with AI tools; Ability to follow brand-aligned trends; Organizational and task management skills; Basic knowledge of Instagram advertising (Meta Ads); Fundamental digital marketing knowledge; Easy access to the Castelo neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG. Desirable: Paid traffic experience; Lead generation knowledge; Basic branding and brand positioning understanding; Campaign metrics experience; CRM experience.
