Responsibilities: * Define and execute **ALL IN**'s strategic paid media planning; * Manage budgets and ensure campaign investment efficiency; * Lead the traffic team, guiding analysts and media buyers across various platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.); * Analyze performance metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV, FTD, etc.) and propose continuous optimization actions; * Ensure compliance of iGaming campaigns and platform policies; * Collaborate with Growth, Commercial, and Projects teams, adopting an integrated results-oriented approach; * Identify new opportunities and technologies to enhance performance. Requirements: * Experience managing paid traffic. * Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads; * Strong analytical ability and mastery of performance metrics; **So, are you interested?
