Identify growth opportunities based on data We are seeking an analytical E\-commerce Manager with proven experience in marketplaces and a strong performance orientation to work onsite at our headquarters in Contagem/MG. This professional will be responsible for managing all marketplace operations, optimizing paid traffic campaigns, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring efficient integration with the ERP. Responsibilities: \- Manage operations on major marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, Shein, among others); \- Create, optimize, and monitor paid traffic (ADS) campaigns directly on marketplaces; \- Monitor and analyze performance metrics: ROI, ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue; \- Conduct A/B tests and perform continuous adjustments to ads and audience segmentation; \- Identify growth opportunities based on data and market trends; \- Manage and optimize marketplace integration with Tiny ERP. Requirements: \- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and cross-referencing; \- Intermediate BI skills (Power BI or similar) for data analysis; \- Proven experience in online sales and marketplace management; \- Proficiency in Tiny ERP; \- Knowledge and hands-on experience in campaign performance analysis; \- Familiarity with analytics dashboards and metric interpretation.
