That’s why we’re looking for a Staff Engineer who spares no effort in identifying the best technologies to deliver an impeccable experience to our users. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to continuously evolve, working on projects that challenge your technical skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding results—by exploring new technologies and devising creative solutions for the company and its customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Product and architecture development: design consistent architectures capable of delivering long-term solutions and enhancements, and develop cloud architectures for applications; * Solving complex problems: identify and resolve root causes of complex issues involving software bugs, environment configuration, system integration, and infrastructure; * Team training and support: train the team on application deployment topics (DevOps) and support SWE I, SWE II, and SWE III engineers in troubleshooting; * Technical autonomy and decision-making: operate autonomously, detail tasks, make architectural decisions, and lead cross-functional integration; * Technical leadership in projects: engage in scenarios where the business problem is defined but the technical implementation is not, and lead Technical Discovery processes and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs); * Technical debt management: proactively identify, prioritize, plan, and address technical debt, ensuring application standardization and evolution; * Quality assurance and crisis response: evaluate and build effective test scenarios, ensure product quality, propose strategies to maintain a healthy ticket backlog, and actively respond during crises; * Monitoring and logging: design log and monitoring strategies to simplify investigation and drive problem analysis in production and staging environments, including database monitoring; * People development: support leadership by communicating technical skill gaps, contribute to the team’s technical growth, and participate in hiring processes for new Troopers. **Essential Requirements** * Java 8\+, best practices, design patterns; * Knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, unit testing, and integration testing; * Experience with microservices; * AWS experience; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Git proficiency; * Docker proficiency; * Experience with agile development methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum; * Experience with New Relic and Kibana; * Intermediate English. **Nice-to-Have** * Kubernetes experience; * CI/CD pipeline knowledge (e.g., GitHub Actions, Drone); * Terraform knowledge. **WHY TRANSFORM WITH US?** * National health and dental insurance plans, fully covered for employees and with co-payment for spouses and dependents; * Meal/food allowance (Flash \- Visa brand); * Flexible benefit (Flash Multibenefícios \- Visa brand), usable for food, meals, mobility (ride-hailing apps, fuel, public transport in São Paulo), culture, health, and education; * Private pension plan; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * Daycare assistance for children up to five years old; * Education budget: funds allocated to investments related to your education, helping develop and enhance your competencies; * Language learning incentive via online platform; * Baby On Board: benefit offered to individuals preparing for parenthood; * Extended maternity leave (180 days); * Extended paternity leave (30 days); * Conexa Saúde: free online access to health professionals—including nutritionists and psychologists; * Annual profit and results sharing (PLR); * Hotmart Recharge: 30% bonus of gross monthly salary, paid after completing the 30-day vacation accrual period. **JOIN HOTMART** Being part of our team means being certain that your work transforms lives at a global scale.
