Job Summary: Professional responsible for the preparation, handling, and distribution of formulas, as well as the sanitation of areas and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Following good practice procedures and SOPs Description: Required: * Completed High School Desirable: * Flexible availability * Prepare the handling area using aseptic techniques and wear appropriate attire before commencing handling; * Label bottles, supplements, and enteral diets with the patient's name, room/bed number, and administration time (per established standards); * Dilute infant formulas and other preparations accurately according to prescribed volume; * Portion breast milk correctly, adhering to quality criteria; * Package bottles and preparations appropriately and consistently for distribution; * Distribute bottles, enteral diets, supplements, and breast milk; * Wash and sanitize bottles, measuring cups, and glass containers specifically designated for breast milk and infant formulas; * Sanitize the workplace and its facilities daily and remove waste; * Follow pre\-established procedures in the good practice manual and SOPs. 2512010202191779482
