




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and monitoring meals, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and presentation, as well as maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare meals and monitor cooking progress (vegetables, greens, meats, salads, and fruits); * Prepare food under the supervision of a nutritionist to ensure quality, hygiene, taste, aroma, and presentation of the meal to be served; * Inspect cleaning of equipment and utensils; * Assist in requisitioning materials required for food preparation; * Check ingredient freshness, and maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary education; * Experience in this role; * Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:25 PM, with alternating Saturdays and Sundays; * Easy access to the Califórnia neighborhood/BH.
