This recognition reflects our commitment to employee well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES:** * Directly support leaders in public-sector communication for PPP and concession projects; * Develop communication strategies covering the entire project lifecycle, including key milestones: public consultation and hearings, roadshows and auctions — aiming to delight clients and ensure clarity for society; * Design and implement customized plans, considering the governmental context and sector-specific challenges; * Stakeholder management (internal and external): identify and map local authorities, communities, and interest groups, while managing crises and engagement; * Advise the Institutional Relations Directorate and the Houer Communication and Marketing Team. * **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Public Administration, Public Relations, Communication, or related fields; * Excellent writing skills, proactivity, and autonomy to lead complex project initiatives; * Analytical perspective on political, social, and market scenarios; * Strong articulation, technical writing, and strategic writing capabilities; * Availability for on-site work in the hospital area of BH. **DESIRED:** * Experience in public-sector projects, preferably infrastructure or government-related initiatives. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools for analyzing government data, mapping scenarios, and automating strategic reports. * **BENEFITS & PARTNERSHIPS:** * Gympass; * Corporate university; * Discount partnership program (psychologists, nutritionists, universities, accounting services, etc.); * Human-centered and collaborative culture.
