This person will be responsible for preparing and assisting in meal preparation, ensuring quality, standardization, and food safety at every stage, in accordance with the nutritionist’s guidance and the company’s standards. If you seek a place to grow, exchange experiences, and deliver hospitality with excellence, join us in transforming every customer’s experience! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare meals under the nutritionist’s direction, adhering to cooking methods, quality, storage, and thawing procedures for food items. * Follow technical specifications, respecting portion sizes and quality during dish preparation. * Control waste. * Supervise personal hygiene, workplace cleanliness, and equipment sanitation. * Check internal organization of the pre-preparation area. * Verify the PVPS system for products across all departments and act as needed. * Monitor environmental hygiene, pre-preparation areas, equipment, and sanitary controls. * Manage kitchen inventory. * Monitor the quality of raw material and utensil inventories. * Ensure proper maintenance and preservation of equipment and materials used. * Inspect refrigerators and cold rooms. * Debone meats, poultry, fish, and crustaceans in the absence of supervision.
