That’s why, every day, we strive **to find a solution so that those who achieve great results with limited resources can keep achieving even more—and better—results, always.** The People & Culture team is growing, and we are looking for a **Senior Tech Recruiter - Talent Partner** to lead recruitment processes for Technology and Product teams. **In this role, you will:** * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Technology and Product positions; * Support the development of attraction, candidate experience, engagement, and hiring strategies; * Contribute to designing recruitment and selection policies and processes; * Collaborate with leaders and HRBPs to meet hiring needs and propose strategies aligned with business objectives; * Monitor and present recruitment performance metrics, analyze data, and suggest continuous process improvements. **For this position, it is important that you have:** * Proven experience leading Technology recruitment processes; * Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS), as well as other recruitment technologies.
